Joko Enterprise LLC is a real estate marketing and lead-generation company. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not list, sell, lease, price, value or negotiate real estate. Owners who ask to move forward are introduced to an independent licensed Florida real estate professional, who alone provides any service that requires a license.

2. Use of this site

You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or misuse them.

3. SMS terms

By checking an SMS consent box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Joko Enterprise LLC about your property inquiry, appointment reminders and related updates.
